Recently Javen has been committed to change, learning and reflecting on past mistakes, in a shared understanding of these issues through engaging and listening to our customers through feedback we are able to acknowledge which aspects of our business needs to be reformed 

Part of our remodelling program we have focused our time on four key tasks

Improved communication

This has involved looking at the ability to access staff, in line with the feedback this was a key area which needed significant improvement, the actions we have begun to take involve.

  1. Investment in faster broadband and phone telecommunication speeds – this will improve line stability and reduce the wave interference for poor coverage 
  2. Investing in a new phone system allowing messages to be left and access to key members of the team, whilst this is ongoing it is our commitment to have this aspect of change completed in the end of 2022

Development of the range

To offer our customers a more refined and customer centric range of products which meets our customers expectations on cost effectiveness, functionality and durability. Our work has brought about a number of key product initiatives.

  1. Range segmentation which offers our customer increased options, these new ranges include our Green Eco Cycle, Everyday Essentials, Premium and finally our New Collection range for those customers wishing to have something that little bit different 
  2. These new ranges have been selected to help decrease the “stresses and strains “of every day work life whether at school or in an office environment this range gives our customers greater choice and flexibility
  3. Our new “Pick and Mix “this allows our customers to be able to pick out of our 4 new ranges, giving the ability to have a package of products which delivers your school or business specific needs

Servicing and terms and condition formats – Changes to fees and T&C

  1. Once a customer has signed their contract whether with Javen directly or our lease partner CF Financial you are entitled to 2x free six-monthly servicing, however there are key provisors to this which includes fees for time wasting if access to premises (which have been communicated with) is not given, Malicious damage to equipment -a full and detailed list is available and is sent out with all email communication 
  2. Changes to terms and conditions specifically on notice period- further advice is available

Creation of a New Media Platform

Feedback from customer requested additional ways of finding Javen and its products, we have spent time and money on the following.

  1. New web site – The old website has been blocked and decommissioned, the new website will be launched early in the Autumn of 2022
  2. Linked media platforms which will include Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Linked-in – this allows customer maximum exposure to the Javen business and product ranges, our aim is that these links between platforms will be completed spring of 2023
