Our service and maintanace plans include a full service every siz months ensuring that your Javen equipment is maintained to the highest standard with safe, clean and hygienic equipment for total peace of mind.

Our plans are carried out by our qualified engineers, one of which holds the additional acreditation of being a NICEIC registered electrician (see more about this below) This covers all aspects of electrical repairs and wiring, this is also industry regulated and comes with approved and signed documentaion for works carried out.
We are able to also offer PAT testing ( portable appliance testing) which is a routine inspection of equipment within a work space.

Whats included in our service plans?

Water Managment
Visual inspection of water urine managment systems ensuring that the water flolw is active and regulated.
Hand Dryers
The saftey of the equipment is checked making sure that the integrity of the hand dryer is maintained to the highest standard, cleaned and checked for functionality.
Air Fresheners/Cleaners
Batteries are changed twice per year, every 3 months the scented canisters or gel blocks (depending on the device) are replenished and changed allowing the masking of offensive ordours making it a pleasurable experiance when using the facilities.
Water Chillers
The Carbon filters are replaced and tanks empied every 6 months along with reviewing and pysical inspection of the isolation and non return vales if present. On an annual basis we carry out water quality testin g to ensure the equipment n is performing as it should.

NICEIC Approved Contractor

At Javen Products we are delighted to inform you that all your equipment is serviced and maintained by our NICEIC electrician.
NICEIC Stands for The National Inspection Council for Electrical Installation Contracting, this is a very well renowned voluntary body that regulates training and work for electrical contractors and firms across the UK.
What does this mean for you?  With Javen products having a NICEIC approved contractors its our way of providing yourself with peace of mind should you require electrical installation of new equipment within your school.
NICEIC arrange assesments of our engineers and certification services on an annual basis in a number of disciplines including electrical engineering. As a third party servicen NICEIC provides an unbiased and objective assessment of our contractor. As a result, customers recieve a consistent and excellent standard of work. These standards all meet a strict criterion of up-to-date goverment legislation as well as a high standard of general excellence.

18th Edition and what it means for you?

All our engineers that install or service your Javen equipment has obtained the 18th edition certification ( also known as BS 7671 or wiring regs) which is a brittish standard for the installation of electrical wiring. The guidlines set out by IET (Institute of Engineering and Technology) cover the installation of new electricalappliances and maintenance of existing ones, including any additions or alterations.
Knowingn that our engineers are qualified to the highest standards provides you with all the knowledge that your school has had equipment installed and maintained to the highest of requirements and saftey standards.
